2026 Harvest Days Parade Application (Only open to invited participants)

Please note, this is an invite-only parade. If you were not invited but would like to be considered, please email HDParade@midvaleut.gov. For those invited, kindly complete the survey questions below.

If your entry includes horses, you are responsible for providing your own pooper scoopers. For the safety and cleanliness of the parade, entries without pooper scoopers present will not be permitted to participate. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
