Aubrey Ruiz has served Midvale City since November 2021 as its Business License Administrator then its Community Development and Redevelopment Agency Executive Asst. She is a graduate of Aquinas College, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Literature & Language. Aubrey is very passionate about the arts as she has studied many disciplines throughout her education. She has always had an interest in serving the community and revamping processes and communication for the residents and business owners of Midvale City.
