2026 Program Workshop Registration

Midvale City, in partnership with NeighborWorks Salt Lake, invites you to attend one of two free housing workshops, designed to support both future and current homeowners.

Join us on Saturday, April 25 at the Midvale City Community Center (7615 Park Street, Midvale) for two informative sessions:

New Homebuyer Workshop
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

  • Learn about the homebuying process and how the Midvale City Down Payment Assistance Program can help you open the door to homeownership!


Home Improvement Workshop
11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

  • Learn about home maintenance best practices and how the Midvale City Home Repair Loan Program can help keep your home safe, sound, and in good repair!
