2026 Harvest Days Volunteer Application: Parade & Festival Volunteers

This year, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill 5 key volunteer roles: Parade, Festival Set-up, Bingo, Carnival Row, and Floaters!

  • As a Parade volunteer, you will assist in organizing the lineup of floats, vehicles, and participants before the parade starts. Help direct them to their assigned positions and ensure a smooth flow throughout the parade route.
  •  As a Festival Set-up Volunteer, you will assist the Harvest Days Committee in setting up booths, placing signs, and other tasks needed to get the festival going.
  • As a Bingo volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to engage with festival attendees while overseeing the classic game of Bingo.
  • Carnival Row volunteers will work directly with children, guiding them through various fun-filled free carnival-style games and helping them win exciting prizes.
  • Floater volunteers will step in to support various activities and areas as needed. Tasks could vary from assisting on Carnival Row to filling coolers to restocking supplies, etc. This role has the opportunity to be involved all over the event.

Perks of being a volunteer:

  • Every volunteer that completes their shift gets a FREE Harvest Days t-shirt as they check out of volunteering.
  • Every volunteer will have access to the volunteer snack station.
  • For volunteers taking on 2 full shifts, you get 1 FREE food voucher!
  • For students, this is an opportunity to get service hours in a fun filled way!
  • In general, you get to play a more in-depth part of the festival and help make the overall event possible!

Steps

  • Fill out the Harvest Days Parade & Festival Volunteer Application.
  • 3-5 business days, post completion, you will receive an email with your volunteer status.
    • Please note, if you are confirmed for a shift(s), we close that spot. We understand life happens, so please communicate with us ASAP if you are no longer available.
  • Volunteer registration will remain open until filled and/or July 17th, 2026.

Your participation as a volunteer will not only contribute to the success of the festival but also create lasting memories for our visitors. Please take a moment to fill out this brief application and let us know which role and shift you'd like to take on during the Harvest Days Festival. Your valuable time and dedication are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working together to make this year's festival a remarkable experience for all.
