☐ I understand that attendees will vote for their favorite pumpkins.
☐ I understand that pumpkins must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
☐ I understand that pumpkins not picked up by the designated pickup deadline may be discarded.
☐ I understand that Midvale City is not responsible for damage, theft, weather-related deterioration, or loss of pumpkins.
☐ I grant Midvale City permission to photograph my pumpkin and use those photographs for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and future event marketing.
