To help the Communications Department plan and ensure timely delivery, please submit requests according to the lead times below. 

• Events (8-12 weeks) 
• Large scale events
  • Los Muros on Main - Need basic content by mid-February to start promoting
  • Harvest Days - Need basic conent by late March to start promoting
• Program (2-4 weeks)
• Social Media Post (2 - 7 days)
• New Engage Midvale Project Page (2-7 days)
• New Midvale City Website Page (2-7 days)
• News Article (Deadline to submit articles is the 10th of each month to be published the following month)
