J. Cody Hill has served Midvale City since March 2020 as its Redevelopment Agency Manager. Prior to coming to Midvale, Cody worked at Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham as an analyst, where he supported cities, counties, and other taxing entities throughout Utah on development related issues. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he received a Masters in Public Administration. He loves being in Midvale because of the opportunities it gives him to work with residents, business owners, artists, and an amazing city staff. The vision of a redeveloped Main Street that honors its past, embraces the arts, and welcomes all to be a part of the community drives Cody to strive to achieve the best outcomes for the area.

Kate Andrus has served Midvale City since July 2020 as its Community Development and Redevelopment Agency Executive Asst. Prior to coming to Midvale, Kate served as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa and an AmeriCorps volunteer with the Utah Refugee Services Office. She is a graduate of the University of London, School of Asian and African Studies, where she received her Master’s in International Development Studies. She has always loved working for the community and understands the vital importance and impact that strategic development has on maintaining and improving the standard of living for the residents of Midvale City.
