The Unified Police Department’s Midvale, Holladay, and Millcreek Precincts are teaming up, and facing off, in a friendly competition to support families this holiday season! With Midvale City, the City of Holladay, and Millcreek City joining forces, our communities are coming together from November 3 to December 11, 2025, to collect essential items such as clothing, hygiene products, and other necessities for our neighbors staying at the Connie Crosby Family Resource Center.

Together, we can share warmth, comfort, and hope with families in need.

Donation Drive Dates

November 3 to December 11, 2025
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Midvale City Hall and UPD Midvale Precinct

Urgent Needs

  • Men’s Underwear (NEW)
  • Women’s Underwear (NEW)
  • Towels
  • Laundry Detergent (Pods or Liquid preferred)
  • Deodorant

Hygiene Needs (NEW)

  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Toothpaste & Toothbrushes
  • Shaving Cream
  • Lice Treatment
  • Body Wash
  • Razors
  • Combs/Brushes
  • Chapstick
  • Body Lotion

Clothing Needs

  • Coats
  • Winter Boots
  • Hats
  • Gloves
  • Scarves
  • Socks
  • Shirts
  • Pants
  • Shower Shoes
  • Belts

Join us in spreading warmth, comfort, and community spirit this season. Every item donated helps a neighbor in need, and every contribution brings us one step closer to winning this friendly challenge!



Serving Families, The Connie Crosby Family Resource Center is Open Year-Round

Operated by The Road Home, the Connie Crosby Family Resource Center provides a safe, supportive environment for families experiencing homelessness. The emergency family shelter features office and communal spaces, dining and cooking facilities, dorm-style sleeping areas, and full accessibility for people with disabilities.

Open year-round, the Center serves up to 300 people each night, offering onsite case management and connecting guests with a network of community partners, both on and off site, to help families rebuild stability and hope.
