2024 Midvale Harvest Days

The route for the Fun Run is a one-mile loop around Midvale City Park. Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer a leisurely walk, this event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. It's all about having fun, staying active, and creating cherished memories together.

So, lace up your running shoes, and gather your friends and family! Let's make this Saturday morning a celebration of health, happiness, and the wonderful Midvale community spirit. See you at the starting line!

P.S. Yes, fun and appropriate costumes are encouraged. Well-behaved, leashed, dogs are invited to participate. They can dress up, too!

 Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the upcoming Harvest Days Festival on Saturday, August 3, 2024!

This year, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill 4 key roles: Parade, Bingo, Carnival Row, and Floater volunteers. As a Parade volunteer, you will assist in organizing the lineup of floats, vehicles, and participants before the parade starts. Help direct them to their assigned positions and ensure a smooth flow throughout the parade route. As a Bingo volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to engage with festival attendees while overseeing the classic game of Bingo. Carnival Row volunteers will work directly with children, guiding them through various fun-filled free carnival-style games and helping them win exciting prizes. And Floaters Floaters will step in to support various activities and areas as needed. 

Your participation as a volunteer will not only contribute to the success of the festival but also create lasting memories for our visitors. DEADLINE TO APPLY - FRIDAY, JULY 19, 2024 AT 4:00 P.M.

Applications are subject to approval. Without an approved application, you will not be permitted to occupy a space or sell any items at the Festival. 

• The Harvest Days Festival Committee retains the right to select vendors and booth locations for the Harvest Days Festival at their sole discretion. We are very limited on space so we will be looking for diverse vendors and will be limiting vendors based on having duplicate goods for sale. Booth applications will be approved based on products, services, available space, receipt of the application, and the applicant’s fit with the Harvest Days Festival.
• The Harvest Days Festival Committee will review applications on a regular basis. So, you should receive a response within 14 days of completing the online application.

Please note, we are NOT accepting applications for Food Vendors.
