  •  Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the upcoming Harvest Days Festival on Saturday, August 2, 2024!

This year, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill 5 key roles: Parade, Festival Set-up, Bingo, Carnival Row, and Floater volunteers. As a Parade volunteer, you will assist in organizing the lineup of floats, vehicles, and participants before the parade starts. Help direct them to their assigned positions and ensure a smooth flow throughout the parade route. As a Festival Set-up Volunteer, you will assist the Harvest Days Committee in setting up booths, placing signs, and other tasks needed to get the festival going. As a Bingo volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to engage with festival attendees while overseeing the classic game of Bingo. Carnival Row volunteers will work directly with children, guiding them through various fun-filled free carnival-style games and helping them win exciting prizes. And Floaters will step in to support various activities and areas as needed.

Your participation as a volunteer will not only contribute to the success of the festival but also create lasting memories for our visitors. Please take a moment to fill out this brief application and let us know which role and shift you'd like to take on during the Harvest Days Festival. Your valuable time and dedication are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working together to make this year's festival a remarkable experience for all.
